The Handleralm Alpine lodge is situated right on the ski piste and is connected to an extensive network of footpaths in the Hochkönig region. Our dreamy location at the heart of the most beautiful hiking and mountain climbing regions spoils our guests with unforgettable views of the Steinernes Meer plateau, Hochkönig peaks and gently rolling Pinzgau grass mountains. The area around Maria Alm is also known as a unique winter paradise for active and gourmet holidaymakers.
A large and spacious recreation room awaits at our cosy Alpine lodge in Maria Alm in Austria. This cosy area in our Alpine lodge is the ideal place for a sociable get-together while the sauna is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day out in nature. The holiday apartments at the Handleralm are all equipped with showers and WCs. There is a sunbathing area and recliners right outside the lodge where magnificent views are guaranteed. The large car park allows you to travel to the door of your holiday apartment in comfort. We can also provide a bread roll service on request to ensure that you start each new day of your holiday with an energy boost. And in winter, the skiing fun starts right on your doorstep!
